unanimous consent to be shown as cosponsors on SENATE JOINT                                                                     
RESOLUTION NO. 15 Urging the United States Congress to fund all                                                                 
the facilities and vessels necessary for the United States Coast Guard                                                          
to fulfill its Arctic missions, including icebreakers and an Arctic Coast                                                       
Guard base. Without objection, it was so ordered.
